Every current piece on this site sells through our eBay store, pylon-elemental. You pay on eBay, so the purchase and any return are governed by eBay's own return policy and the eBay Money Back Guarantee, not a separate process here. Start a return the way you would for any eBay purchase, through your eBay order.

If card checkout opens directly on this site, items bought that way (not through eBay) that arrive not as described may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returnable: any item that does not match its listed condition, photos or specifications. Not returnable: made-to-order Forge Originals once production has started, and items damaged after delivery through normal use.
